The California Revenue Officers Association (“CROA”) is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of collection administration in county, city, and state government. In carrying out its purpose, CROA strives to provide its members with professional collection and management education, encourages networking, provides for an exchange of useful information on modern collection techniques, and supports research and development in the area of government collections. Membership dues are billed in October of each year. The Membership period is defined as starting October 1st, through September 30th of each year. All employees of the member’s office are considered members of CROA with the payment of membership dues and will be eligible for conference fees at member rates, access to our Members Only tab on the CROA website and ability to share ideas through the AskCROA email system.
Annual membership dues are currently $100 per department or division. To join CROA, please complete the CROA Membership Application and mail it to the address indicated on the application.
Please be sure to include the $100 membership fee with your application, or pay by credit card and include the credit payment receipt with your application.
